Terms & Conditions
I have read all pages on Angiesoriginals.com as well as the Terms and Conditions and understand the background, nature, and expectations of employing Angie’s Originals and will reread the Terms and Conditions should any questions arise before contacting Angie’s Originals.
This agreement is entered into effect the same date payment is received.
This agreement is made between CLIENT NAME HERE (henceforth referred to as “Client”) and Angie Landerman (henceforth referred to as “AO”).
Client agrees to all the terms listed below, and the measurements taken by AO staff and Client, either in person or call, with the understanding that AO can/will make adjustments to ensure proper fit for Client.
Prices include domestic shipping to the 48 continental US states only. International orders will have shipping costs added on.
Build times vary and delivery dates an estimate only. No official delivery dates are offered, however, AO will strive to deliver within an agreed upon timeframe between AO and Client.

All orders must be paid for in Full, in advance. Invoice will be sent once all questions about sizing and pricing are agreed upon. Personal checks accepted on a case-by-case basis. If Client wishes to pay by check, Client must make arrangements with AO beforehand. Orders are put on the production schedule once they are paid in full; first paid, first made.

AO reserve the right to substitute any fur, fabric or trim at any given time due to supply and availability.

There are NO Refunds. We will correct issues and make them right.

All measurements should be taken by a seamstress or tailor. AO will build to those measurements. If items do not fit and it is the fault of AO, AO will fix the issue to the best of AO abilities given ample time to do so. If Client supplies measurements are incorrect, Client is responsible for any alterations to remake or correct the issues. Charges for such alterations to be applied on a case-by-case basis by AO. Shipping is included in the first shipment to Client home/business. Any subsequent shipping costs shall be the responsibility of Client.

Client has 7 business days from receipt of product to inform Angie’s Originals of any issues. After 7 business days, AO is not responsible to remake, alter or change anything with Client purchase. In the event AO is too busy to make alterations, Client may send us their order in January to have anything reworked, if it is deemed to be a fault of AO.

All Custom Santa/Mrs. Claus suits/attire are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

AO does NOT guarantee that there will not be a “pinking” of white fur. AO does everything possible to minimize this from happening. AO does NOT take responsibility for Client’s fur turning pink. If Client is worried about the possibility or fabric bleeding into the fur AO suggests upgrading to removable fur.
